First of all I would like to say: “I am Proud to be a part of this project“. Superb team effort and superb work.
We have just launched the new Quiz School – revamped the previous version by adding hundreds of new features being Web2.0 and Social Web. Few of its main features are:
- Completely New Fresh Look – for complete ProProfs site.
- Flickr Integration with Quizzes – you can search and add images directly from flickr, without even going anywhere.
- Google Maps – Quiz author can track user’s location for the quiz and provide a visual idea via Google Maps.
- Embed Quiz – Keep and Carry your quizzes with yourself, no matter where you are on web, use embedded feature of quizzes to embed quizzes to your web/blog or to social network site like Hi5, blogger.com etc. You can embed which ever quiz you want from site. And before embedding quiz to your site you can customize its colrs and look (read the next point). There are personality quizzes with the results in widgets, which are also available to be posted to your blog/websites. An example is available here
- Customize Quiz – This is the most awesome feature of our Quiz School. You can actually customize the quiz colors, title, background and borders etc. you can also select colors from pre-made themes. This customization takes you one step ahead when we say we provide quiz color customization for embedding it to your blog/websites.
- Quiz Stats – See the actual stats of quizzes and if you are an author of a quiz you can actually control how the quiz stats are being displayed to users. If you do not wish to show them to users, just set quiz stats as private. Lots of other accessibility options are available to control score reports. (read the next 2 point).
- Accessibility Options: (there are many way to control access)
- Protecting a quiz with password/key.
- Shuffle Questions
- Set up whether you want to show answers immediately after a question is attempted OR show answers on quiz completion in a report.
- Making Score Report public or private.
- Force users to provide his/her name before taking a quiz.
- Setup comments should be private or public.
- and many more…
- Score Reports – You should remember when you were in school you had attempted such exams in which you needed to select answers and provide your worksheets to teacher. Teacher then actually kept that score card with himself for students record and grade them later. You can do all the above stuff online with ProProfs Quiz School also. We provide users score report, score cards so that the author can actually see how the users are playing the quizzes and also grade bonus points if required.
- Easy Navigation throughout the site – We love being fresh and we love white space, it doesn’t hurt anyone’s eyes. We have tried to keep the space for users so that easy navigation can be achieved and users can feel relax while browsing and using the site.
